Easy File Sharing FTP Server is an FTP server for Windows. It was designed to be a solution for easy file sharing. The FTP protocol already is one of the simplest protocols for this task, and I congratulate the developers on making an app that is incredibly easy to use, even for novice users.
I like the fact that the second you finish installing the application, your FTP server is already running and accessible by any computer on your home network. It already comes with two user accounts for testing the server, and you can easily create more accounts. It is extremely easy to add accounts and assign permissions and home paths to them. You can even limit the download and upload speeds for each user. You can also create groups that share the same privileges.
This application supports SSL connections for added security. It also has a log system that keeps a record of all the activity of the FTP server.
All the settings of the FTP server can be accessed from the configuration screen, which is intuitive and has a good design. Most importantly, the application works very well out of the box.
